1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and kk8my ("kk8my", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kk8my.app.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the kk8my platform, you confirm that you: (a) have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) agree to be legally bound by these Terms; and (c) meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the kk8my platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on kk8my. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using alternative identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility. kk8my operates under international gaming licensing. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the kk8my platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By accessing kk8my, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform, and that you are not a prohibited person under any applicable law.

2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of kk8my and its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family members of the foregoing, are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any kk8my promotion or wagering activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements. To access real-money features of the kk8my platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must notify kk8my promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). kk8my may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk8my login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. kk8my will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your kk8my account, you must notify kk8my support immediately.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your kk8my account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any other person. kk8my accounts are not tradable assets.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kk8my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. kk8my reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the kk8my platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified kk8my account. kk8my will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any deposit that has not been wagered at least once may be subject to a withdrawal processing review. kk8my reserves the right to apply a standard processing period for withdrawal requests pending security verification.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions. kk8my reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct. Such transactions may be referred to relevant authorities in accordance with kk8my's anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by kk8my are subject to specific Terms & Conditions which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your kk8my account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, the eligible games, and the time period within which they must be completed are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. kk8my employs systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinate wagering across multiple accounts; and exploitation of software errors or loopholes. kk8my reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any account where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, kk8my members may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all active bonuses.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the kk8my platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before participating.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. kk8my reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on events with manifest pricing errors, and bets that exceed the platform's stated maximum stake limits.

6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting transaction, kk8my reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. kk8my is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a documented technical fault on the platform or in a third-party game provider's system.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kk8my platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to interact with any kk8my game or market
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate game or sports outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that facilitates financial crime
• Accessing the kk8my platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your kk8my account
• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating the registration of prohibited persons
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward kk8my staff or other platform users

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kk8my platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software, game interfaces, and written content, is the intellectual property of kk8my or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any kk8my content without the express prior written consent of kk8my.

Game content displayed on kk8my — including slot titles, live casino interfaces, and sportsbook markets — is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property protections in addition to kk8my's own rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 kk8my provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kk8my makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical faults at all times.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk8my's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to kk8my in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

9.3 kk8my shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if kk8my has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 kk8my is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond kk8my's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government action, internet service disruption, or third-party platform outages.

10. Responsible Gaming

kk8my is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from any kk8my account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your kk8my account
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month

11. Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 By kk8my. kk8my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities; or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

11.2 By the Member. You may request closure of your kk8my account at any time by contacting kk8my support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or suspension for cause, kk8my reserves the right to void any pending bonuses and any wagering activity that contributed to those bonuses. Real-money balances not tainted by prohibited activity will be returned in accordance with kk8my's standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under kk8my's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kk8my platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through kk8my's internal dispute resolution process by contacting kk8my support with a full written description of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within 30 days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under kk8my's applicable gaming licence. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits kk8my's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent breach of these Terms causing irreparable harm.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kk8my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kk8my will provide notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the kk8my platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
